What Irrow Can Do For You.

Our focus is on managing your complete online identity, and as having a quality website tends to be a large part of that for many businesses, we'll start of by focusing on that.
To the right you can see the stages we believe you must go through in order to be successful online, this assumes you already have a business, it sells something and you want to improve (or start) its online presence.

If you already have a business online you can ask yourself which one of these stages could be improved to get you the outcome you want.

Now what makes us different is we think of things from a business point of view, everything must have a function and it must all work together to accomplish what you want.

As you can see, designing a website is a relatively small portion of succeeding online because the website must actually have a market that justifies the investment (for example, setting up a complex booking system would be pretty pointless if you are a hairdresser and your market is limited to your local area), it must be feasible to compete in this market, you must then setup ways of getting people to see the website and finally you must convince these people to buy your product, service or idea.

 Steps to Succeeding Online

 Stage #1 - Market Research

  • Is there a market for what you offer?
  • Is it possible to penetrate this market and compete with existing players?

 Stage #2 - Development

  • Develop or customize existing website to appeal to this market
  • Ensure that website is suited for google and other search engines

 Stage #3 - Promotion

  • Put up free content or similar as  ‘hooks’ to get people into the system and then sell them your product or service.
  • Promote, Promote, Promote!!
  •  Get links, buy ads, get blogs talking about you, just drive people to your site.

 Stage #4 - Ongoing Maintenance

  • Keeping site up to date.
  • Adding more content.
  • Test variations of marketing material
    • Test headings in sales copies
    • Test different offers
    • Test different prices (if possible)
    • Test different 'call to actions' (end of sales copy motivator)
    • Use output to optimize sales copy

The old idea that if you build it people will come simply isn't true, and most people still jump in at that stage with no clear idea whether there's a market, and no ongoing plan for getting visitors and converting them into customers.
